The "Ring” &  The “Oasis All Star Games Magazine” are Two Unique and Special Things that the Oasis All Star Games

Sponsors offer to our selected athletes. We have encouraged

goals for fund raising and advertising, but place no restrictions

on maximums or minimums on any student athlete or institution.

It is important however to reach  these goals for the success

of the games currently and in the future.

 

 

The Oasis Shriners will produce an “Official Oasis All Star Games Program Magazine.” Please note that

we have not sanctioned any other publication as our partner. At this time this is the only publication

approved by Oasis. Any other publication soliciting for advertising should be referred to Oasis All Star Games.

FUND RAISING INCENTIVES:

 
 

Our “Encouraged Fund Raising Goal” is $500.00 per athlete and coach per school. This may be achieved

in various forms. Athletes reaching $1,500.00 will become members of the exclusive “All Star Club” and

receive a “Championship Ring". Each ring will be specially made for the individual player and coach.

Oasis will provide each player and or coach with a ring if they meet the following conditions:

  

 

1-   Each player or coach must account for $1,500.00 in advertising that may include game

      ticket sales, player / coach recognition (program ads) or ads from local supporters.
2-   If there is more than one individual player selected from a school, each player selected

      must account for $1,500.00 as listed above.
 

  

 
 

Suggested Fund Raising and Advertising Methods :

  

Player recognition is the most called for advertising associated with official programs.

This will last a lifetime and often is the last official athletic publication an athlete will appear in.

We suggest a Full-Page AD at $500.00. (˝ Page $300)

 

School Identification is the second most requested advertising. We suggest a Full-Page AD at $500.00

on the proceeding page making a two page spread associating the Athlete with the School.

 

Each ticket shall be sold for $10.00, or a contribution of any overage may be accepted for each ticket.

  

$1.00 and $5.00 signature sheets are great tools for total involvement.

 

Local supporters always want to “congratulate” athletes. We suggest patrons of the school

and patrons of local businesses as potential advertisers. Pricing is outlined above.

 

 
 

All logos and photos needed for advertising for the Official Publication must be received ready for Printing and by Mail using a CD, or by Email to Info@OasisAllStarGames.com (.JPG and .PDF formats are accepted). If you have questions call our Oasis All-Star Games office at 704-717-7827. The deadline is

listed under the calendar of events. No other advertising can be received after the listed date.

 
     
 

All Player Ads submitted must be received with the Player Registration Form, Code of Conduct Form, Player Health Physical Form, and the Financial Payment/Checks so the the player is Officially Registered before the Oasis All Star Games Magazine is designed/edited.
